In this hands-on Indian cooking class, we’ll explore the rich culture of Malaysian Indian cuisine, preparing dishes from scratch in our high-rise home with breathtaking bird’s-eye views of Penang. The class includes a highlight visit to Penang’s busiest wet market, and an authentic breakfast at a local kopitiam (coffee shop), just like how the locals would enjoy it.
